Working Principle
The hot air circulation dryer adopts a high-temperature resistant long-axis circulation fan. The forced hot air heated by the electric heating tube or steam heat exchanger circulates in the dryer, which enhances the heat transfer, increases the water evaporation rate, and shortens the drying time. The entire dryer adopts a fully enclosed structure. Most of the hot air circulates in the dryer, reasonably discharges the hot and humid air and replenishes fresh air. It has high thermal efficiency and saves energy. Under the action of forced ventilation, the material is dried evenly. The dryer is equipped with an automatic temperature control system with precise temperature control.

An adjustable air distribution plate is provided in the dryer, and the relative temperature is more uniform by using forced ventilation.
