Structural features
1. The whole box adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the hot air is circulated inside, which is energy-saving and efficient;
2. The built-in high-temperature resistant long-axis fan is used to force the hot air to circulate, greatly reducing the heat loss during the circulation process;
3. The thickness of the insulation layer is 80~200mm, and high-density rock wool or ultra-fine aluminum silicate fiber wool is used to further reduce heat loss;
4. There is an adjustable air distribution plate in the box, which can adjust the gap size up and down to control the air volume circulation and make the temperature in the box more uniform;
5. The baking tray of the drying car is a unified industry standard, and a variety of styles of baking trays can be selected, which are suitable for various industries and interchangeable;
6. The appliance has set temperature, constant temperature control, time timing, set dehumidification time, over-temperature alarm, etc., and optional touch screen.
7. The heat source can be electricity (380V/50Hz), steam (0.2~0.8MPa), hot air furnace (firewood/coal/oil/gas), etc.
8. The whole machine has low noise and balanced operation; the temperature is automatically controlled and easy to install and maintain; it has a wide range of applications and can dry various materials. It is a universal drying equipment.
