Working Principle
The hot air circulation dryer adopts a high-temperature resistant long-axis circulation fan. The forced hot air heated by the electric heating tube or steam heat exchanger circulates in the dryer, which enhances the heat transfer, increases the water evaporation rate, and shortens the drying time. The entire dryer adopts a fully enclosed structure. Most of the hot air circulates in the dryer, reasonably discharges the hot and humid air and replenishes fresh air. It has high thermal efficiency and saves energy. Under the action of forced ventilation, the material is dried evenly. The dryer is equipped with an automatic temperature control system with precise temperature control.

An adjustable air distribution plate is provided in the dryer, and the relative temperature is more uniform by using forced ventilation. The heat source can be electricity, steam, hot air furnace, heat pump, etc., with a wide range of choices. The dryer adopts a low-noise and energy-saving built-in long-axis circulation fan, which runs balanced and greatly reduces the noise and heat loss of the equipment. The dryer is equipped with a forced dehumidification centrifugal fan, which can regularly discharge the hot and humid air in the box, while speeding up efficiency and achieving energy-saving state.

Structural features
1. The whole box adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the hot air is circulated inside, which is energy-saving and efficient;
2. The built-in high-temperature resistant long-axis fan is used to force the hot air to circulate, greatly reducing the heat loss during the circulation process;
3. The thickness of the insulation layer is 80~200mm, and high-density rock wool or ultra-fine aluminum silicate fiber wool is used to further reduce heat loss;
4. There is an adjustable air distribution plate in the box, which can adjust the gap size up and down to control the air volume circulation and make the temperature in the box more uniform;
5. The baking tray of the drying car is a unified industry standard, and a variety of styles of baking trays can be selected, which are suitable for various industries and interchangeable;
6. The appliance has set temperature, constant temperature control, time timing, set dehumidification time, over-temperature alarm, etc., and optional touch screen.
7. The heat source can be electricity (380V/50Hz), steam (0.2~0.8MPa), hot air furnace (firewood/coal/oil/gas), etc.
