Machine introduction
This equipment adopts an advanced CNC control system, combined with a high-precision transmission mechanism and safety protection design. It is suitable for the precise cutting of materials such as bone-in meat, frozen products, and fish etc in the meat processing industry. It can realize digital adjustment of cutting length and speed, taking into account both efficiency and safety.

Equipment Structure
This CNC bone saw mainly consists of a CNC operation panel, worktable, saw blade assembly, protective cover, positioning ruler, drive motor, emergency stop button, lubrication system, and anchor bolts.
1. CNC Operation Panel: Used to set parameters such as cutting thickness, speed, and operating mode, and displays the equipment's operating status in real time.
2. Worktable: Made of 304 stainless steel and food-grade plastic, with a smooth and easy-to-clean surface. Equipped with automatic beam positioning, double-layer pneumatic clamping, and servo pushing device to ensure precise cutting.
3. Saw Blade Assembly: Includes upper and lower drive wheels, tensioning device, and a dedicated saw blade. The saw blade teeth are installed facing forward to ensure smooth cutting. Tension can be adjusted via a knob.
4. Protective Devices: Includes saw blade breakage protection, a magnetic safety door switch, an emergency stop switch, and a servo alarm to ensure operational safety.
