Main uses and features
This series of micro-crushers consists of a feeding device, a main machine (including a grading device), a conveying pipeline, a cyclone separator, a bag dust collector, a fan, etc. It has a compact design, a reasonable structure, and is air-selected, without a screen or a net. The machine is equipped with a grading mechanism, which can complete the crushing and grading at one time. The negative pressure conveying allows the heat generated in the chamber during the crushing operation to be discharged continuously, so it is also suitable for the crushing of heat-sensitive materials. This machine has a wide range of applications, the production process is continuous, and the particle size of the discharge is adjustable; it can handle the crushing and grading of various materials such as chemicals, food, medicines, Chinese medicinal materials, cosmetics, dyes, resins, shells, etc.

Working principle
The crushed materials are stacked in the hopper and pushed into the crushing chamber by the screw feeder (adjustable speed). Due to the negative pressure, the materials entering the crushing chamber are subject to high-speed shearing and impact of the crushing knife, and are also subject to high-frequency vibration generated by the full airflow. The crushed powder is subject to the upper airflow. Entering the classifying wheel, the powder generated by the rotation of the classifying wheel is affected by aerodynamics and centrifugal force at the same time. When the aerodynamics is less than the centrifugal force, the powder larger than the polarization particle size is thrown to the cone sleeve and returned to the crushing chamber for further crushing. Without stopping the machine, the classifier speed or air volume can be adjusted to obtain products with the required particle size and uniform distribution. Qualified materials are affected by aerodynamics and enter the collecting pipe to the auxiliary machine and then discharged.

Features
The main crushing parts are made of high-grade alloy tool steel, which can greatly extend the service life of wear parts. The rotor is dynamically balanced as a whole, so that the whole machine runs smoothly, with low vibration and low noise.
The pipeline connection adopts a quick-install structure, which can be quickly and easily disassembled and cleaned. The fine powder intercepted by the dust collector bag can be effectively recovered, which reduces the material loss rate and makes the exhaust gas emission meet the requirements of cleanliness and environmental protection.
