Characteristics
Non-porous tray: poor permeability, suitable for powder and liquid materials.
Perforated tray: general permeability, suitable for granular materials.
Hand-made well tray: good permeability, suitable for strips, sheets and loose materials.

The standard trays dimensions are: 640*460*45mm, 640*460*27mm, which is a one-time stamping mold. The regular thickness of the tray is 0.5mm, and there are thickened types of 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm. In addition, in order to increase the air permeability, it can be punched, with a hole diameter of 1-10mm for users to choose. The production process includes curling tray, straight edge tray, and the new version of GMP curling straight edge.
