1.First connect the electric wires with the air switches, and check if the electric wires are damaged or not, if the electric wires are damaged, please change a new one.
2.Start the switch of the chicken feet cutting machine, and adjust the button of the variable converter, clockwise rotation is accelerated, counterclockwise its speed will be slow down.
3.after adjusting the conveyor speed, then start the cutting switch, and make it work about 2 mins to make sure there is no abnormal noise.
4.Put the chicken feet into the containers of the machine sides, 2-3 workers need to stand each side of the machine and put the chicken feet into the holders on the conveyors, the chicken feet will be cut off autocratically when they are coming to the cutter/blades.
5.After the machine worked for some time, the cutters/blades maybe got damaged, if it happened, please open the cutter/blades protection device, and replace the cutters/blades or repair them.
Pay attention on chicken feet cutting machine
1.the machine should be grounding and need to check frequently all the electric wires and screws loose or not.
2.While machine is working, it is not allowed to open the cover of the cutter/blades or put the fingers into the machine.
3.While checking or maintenance the chicken feet cutting machine, the electricity must be cut off.
4.After the machine worked for some time, the triangle belt will become a little loose because of wearing, so you need to loose the motor bolt and pull tightly the motor downward and fasten the bolts will be OK.
